Are you looking for a refund for your purchase from Hope Store online? We are here to help.
Returning damaged/faulty items
If a product is faulty/damaged when received by the customer and returned to us within 14 days, you have 2 options: we can either exchange it for another item or issue a cash refund of the same value.
Returning unwanted items
In the case of returning an unwanted item (which is in new condition) within 14 days, you have 2 options: we can offer either an exchange or a credit note of the same value which can be spent online at hopestore.gg or in our Guernsey physical store.
How?
To process a refund or exchange, simply send an email to nik@hopestore.gg within 14 days of the date of purchase, stating the item you would like to return, wether you want a refund or an exchange and the reason for your request.
After receiving approval from Hope Store via email, post the item back to us within 14 days along with your proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Hope Store is not responsible for any return postage costs. It’s a good move to get a tracking number from your courier/delivery service in case the package you are returning gets lost or damaged.
The following can't be accepted and will be returned to the customer:
Items returned after the 14 day period
Items damaged or have clear signs of use
Items not accompanied by the original proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on Gift Cards.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received by us, you will be notified by email if your refund request has been approved.
Approved returns will be refunded by the original method of payment within 7 working days. Once processed, debit card/credit card refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
Gift Returns
To return a gift that has been delivered to you directly from Hope Store, you can request an exchange or online gift card by contacting us at nik@hopestore.gg.
We will let you know once the returned item is received if your request has been approved.
Exchanges will only be offered for products in new condition, in the original packaging.
